
Gaspar Hoyos / flutist
Gaspar Hoyos is currently the principal flutist of the Opéra National de Lorraine. He also performs as a soloist with different orchestras, plays solo recitals, works in chamber music projects, teaches masterclasses, and participates in multimedia and multicultural projects with the new music ensemble Ultim’asonata. He was the featured guest soloist at the Corigliano Festival in Caracas Venezuela, performing Corigliano’s Pied Piper Fantasy with the Orquesta Simón Bolívar. Most recently, he performed Concierto Son for flute and orchestra by Arturo Márquez, with the Colombian National Symphony Orchestra. He has participated in several recordings, collaborating with different artists including the harpsichordist Jory Vinikour and the harpist Etsuko Shoji.
Gaspar is available for recitals, concerts with orchestra, work premieres, recordings, master classes & workshops.
